Lowell has served as a professional entertainment technician in theatre, film/television, concerts, and convention/exposition services for over a decade. Working out of Phoenix AZ, he has worked on hundreds of national commercials, dozens of features and made for t.v. movies, and some theatrical releases.

While working as the Staff Lighting and Sound Designer for Mesa Community College, he was nominated for several awards:

A media artist and experimental filmmaker, Lowell has exhibited works
across the U.S.. Lowell also operates UnionArts, a performance and
exhibition space in Athens, Ohio.
