The purpose of the Stage Management program is to prepare students for entry into the professional theater as a stage manager, or to continue their education in a graduate program.  The internship with a professional theater is an important part of that program.

At the end of your freshman year, you will interview and apply for acceptance into the program.  During your first two years you will complete the majority of your theater core and general education requirements.  In addition to their course work, students will have a variety of practical experiences allowing to develop their management skills along with guidance, counseling and evaluation from their advisor.
