Ashley Lower, senior music therapy student, is the 2007 recipient of a scholarship awarded by the Ohio Federation of Music Clubs. She has accepted an internship at Helping Hands Center in Worthington, OH.
Sarah Kovalan (2006) was the 2006 recipient of a music therapy scholarship awarded by the Ohio Federation of Music Clubs. Erin Spring (2006) was recipient of the 2006 Intern Scholarship Award presented by Association for Ohio Music Therapists.
The National Federation of Music Club recently named Erin Spring, currently an intern at The Cleveland Music School Settlement, Cleveland, Ohio as the recipient of the 2007 Dorothy Dann Bullock Undergraduate Award. The Federation named Sarah Kovalan, currently an intern at Monroe Boces #2, Rochester, New York, as the 2007 winner of the Ruth B. Robertson Award. Recipients of both awards are named following a national competitive application process and selection by an independent group of Board Certified Music Therapists.
