The School of Music is housed in Robert Glidden Hall, a modern six-story facility which contains classrooms, practice rooms, faculty studios and offices, midi lab, keyboard labs, music/dance library, administrative offices, instrument repair shops, recording facility, student lockers, graduate associate offices, and student organization offices.
Glidden Hall also includes large rehearsal rooms and a two-hundred seat recital hall. Large ensembles and opera productions typically perform in the recently refurbished two-thousand seat Templeton Blackburn Memorial Auditorium located one block from the School of Music building. Additional on-campus performance venues include Galbreath Chapel, which houses a newer Bediant 18-stop tracker organ, and the Ridges Auditorium.
