1) Student will submit application to Office of Education Abroad (OEA) before February 15th 2008
2) OEA completes GPA, academic standing, and judicial checks and forwards the application to the program directors
3) We will then review applications and interviews candidates in late Feburary.
4) We then nominate candidates to OEA. We expect to choose 20-25 students for this program.
5) Student accepts nomination to program in writing or per OAK email and pays deposit of $500 (usually deposit is due within 2 weeks of accepting nomination). Once students accepts nomination, s/he is bound to the Conditions of Participation portion of the application.
6) We will have meetings to discuss flight arrangements and other details that you will need to know for the trip.
