THE SEVENTH SEAL Tuesday January 15 6:00pm Wednesday January 16 8:00pm A medieval knight (Max Von Sydow) journeying home after years of combat has become disillusioned by the unending suffering brought about by war and plagues.  He concludes that no God could exist that would allow such misery.  Along the way he encounters Death, come to claim his soul.  The knight challenges Death to a game of chess with very simple stakes: if the knight wins he may live, if he loses death may claim him.  As the game unfolds the knight and Death get into a spirited discussion as to the existence of God.
