Through temporary instances brought about through the ephemeral presence of light, Plunkett’s drawings attempt to question and further examine fleeting moments in our daily lives as their value transcends time, history and place. May 13 - May 24 MFA Thesis Printmaking, Photography and Sculpture Exhibition Matthew Krueger: Onomato-Synethesia Minsook Park: A Portrait Amber Walden: things fall out along the way Krueger's work is a reflection of the everyday phenomena that challenges our reality. This body of work depicts tales of coincidence and synchronicity in the form of large-scale digital images that investigate the seemingly disparate minutia from which the stories have sprung. Park explores the ideas behind portraits, attempting to understand the self; she combines photography and writing to record personal history to remember each individual. Holding on to a child-like sense of wonder and imagination, Walden's work investigates those things that fall out along the way, and questions what parts are retained and which ones are denied.
