Alexandra Hibbitt comes to Ohio University School of Art from England by way of Granville, Ohio, where she taught for one year at Denison University. She is an Assistant Professor in Ceramics. Alexandra is the co-founder of the Knutsel Academy, an alternative "art school" for all ages. Alexandra holds a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design from Central School of Art, London, England. She also earned a BA in 3-D Design Ceramics from Camberwell College of Arts, London, England, a Higher Diploma Ceramics from Gerrit Rietveld Academy of Art and Design, the Netherlands and an MFA in Ceramics from New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, NY.
