Scholarships and Tuition Waivers
All prospective graduate students who apply to the School of Art Graduate Programs by the February 1st deadline are eligible for Assistantship and Tuition Waiver funding. The School of Art gives three quarters of a million dollars to its MFA and MA students in these type of awards each year. Your consideration for these awards is based on the quality of your portfolio or writing sample.
Prospective graduate students and their guests are invited to experience a campus visit, complete with a tour of the School of Art. These tours are available by appointment only and must be booked one week in advance. Please specify what specific area you are interested in so that we can pair you with a current student from that department. Contact the Area Chair to arrange for a graduate student tour.
